At the start of “lockdown one” this time last year we asked advisers about their business - the challenges of remote dealing and working from home. Now, one year on we’d like your input to see how things have developed.
This time we are also asking your views on how you plan to operate when restrictions are lifted. Will it be back to business as usual or will the future be genuinely different? It’s a short research exercise aimed at increasing our collective understanding so we’ll produce a full report for you with our interpretations.
